PNODES: Improvement of Solana Storage Infrastructure
Xandeum willpower launch Supplier nodes (PNODS) in their development network, with the aim of addressing the need for scalable and efficient storage within the framework of the Solana Smart Contract. These Pnodes form the basis of the Xandeum decentralized storage network, which allows perfect integration with the architecture of Solana. By offering scalable storage and random access, the PNODS support the growing demands of decentralized applications intensive in data (DAPPS) and invite participants to contribute to the expansion of the network.

Designed for a wide range of users, the PNODES offer the opportunity to interact with the Evolution Ecosystem of Solana. The decentralized file system uses configurable redundancy levels and deletion coding to maintain data safety and availability. The validator nodes (VNODES) that execute the software enabled for Xandeum supervises the distribution and integrity of data on the network.
To improve efficiency, Xandeum introduces new storage primitive, such as “Pirek” and “Poke”, which facilitates soft data transfer between Solana accounts and Xandeum storage layer.
Early stage reduction incentives
The initial deployment of PNODES is part of the Era “Deep South” of Xandeum, the first of the six phases of innovation planned by 2025. This phase includes a limited release of 300 incentive network pnods incentive, with a maximum assignment of three per wallet. Once implemented on the main network, all nodes will work in an environment without permission.
As part of this phase, Xandeum will introduce Xandeminatoran administration tool that allows users:
- register pnodes,
- Generate key pairs,
- and administer file systems efficiently.
