‘The Last of Us’ of HBO is now overcoming the game somehow

In what is probably the best episode of the season so far, we have moved to the territory that is less controversial when it comes to comparisons with the game. In fact, it could be argued that from this week, at least some things are really better In the game in some ways, which is almost difficult to imagine.

At this point, changes from the program to the game, or how certain moments of the game are handled, are often excellent and show how can Improves an enormously cinematographic game sometimes. So what do I mean?

Isaac -Isaac by Jeffrey Wright has already caused a much more significant impression in the program, since its opening of your team’s betrayal to the brutal torture of the Seraph. At this point, it has almost already had more screen time than in the real game, which is good in terms of building it as another villain in addition to Abby.

It will be – We have not yet seen them too much, but the scene with the imprisoned man was excellent, from his explanation of how the WLF members leave to join their cult, while no one leaves his group, until his other hand burned were simply fantastic moments.

ignoble – I said this before, but Dina de Isabela Merced is running circles around the impact of the Dina game at this time. She is simply a better and more attractive character like this week and her wild changes to worship Ellie playing the guitar with her tremendous facial performance to her surprise and horror when she is bitten.

Assume – Partly by Dina, partly because Bella Ramsey really began to join the paper, this had as much emotional impact as the game, if not more, which is impressive since it was one of the most emblematic moments of the source material.

TV station – This is one of those sequences of “this has to be different from the game”, but it lands better when you do not have them hidden for fifteen minutes collecting ten guards. This, in addition, the exhaust after the Metro tunnels felt more urgent and heartbreaking. The nature of a television program can help with that. I was less safe about the attack on the city, but this was felt as a better way to insert action while I kept myself faithful to the game.

Finally at this point, I’m not going to say that Bella Ramsey is better That the game Ellie, and I am not sure that they will ever be, but they have done a great job on the role in the second season. I know that Ramsey was desperately worried about being different for the time jump, but they have really entered their account at this time of the season, perhaps reaching their maximum point.

The program will never be a perfect aspect of the games, and there is still several fronts (we are seeing Isaac scenes but zero minutes of Abby?), But in some way, is things improving.
