In the heart of this month’s updates there is a commitment to flexibility. Organizations can now create and develop governance flows in their own terms, connect to their existing infrastructure more easily and launch with cleaner and branded experiences, all without writing a single line of code.
Unlock the government with any EVM leadership
One of the most exciting updates of this month is the ability to use any direction compatible with EVM as a governing body within the Aragon application. Whether it is a Multisig Safe, an Openzeppelin contract or an external DAO, organizations can now connect the existing infrastructure and assign powerful roles, such as veto rights or proposals of proposals, with different platforms.
This not only allows more granular and safe governance configurations, but also makes Aragon user interface more interoperable with the broader ecosystem.
Previously, the bodies of government were limited to OSX accessories. Now, any EVM address can be fully integrated and visually represented in the interface of your organization. It is a significant change towards composability and modularity in the pile.

New chains: peaq and zeal
We continue our multicin expansion by launching support for PEAQ, zeal and optimism. EvenFocused on making Defi be accessible through Mobile, now admits Aragon Osx and the value accumulation tools kit. Peaq, a Capa-1 protocol that drives the machine economy and the Depin ecosystem, has also integrated our modular governance battery. Besides, Optimism (The Superchain) is Now available Throughout our battery, from our application without code to flexible OSX and a value accumulation tools kit.
In zeal, we are excited to support the launch of zeal public goods meters, built with our value accumulation tools kit. These meters allow incentives to be directed transparently to ecosystem projects, aligning financing mechanisms with the intention of the community. It is a clear example of how Aragon’s governance infrastructure can be applied to real economic coordination challenges, and a look at what is possible when modular tools comply with mission -based ecosystems.
Modular governance, evolving in real time
The Aragon application now admits a key advance in modularity: the capacity of existing governance processes to create completely new others without redistributing or restoring. This change unlocks true adaptable governance. Organizations can evolve their government structures as they grow, without the technical or operational overload of starting from scratch.
Tips, tricks and improvements
The governance designer now admits two types of design flows. For more advanced users, the constructor of complete functions allows the configuration of types of personalized proposals, stages and roles. For simpler configurations, the new “basic” flow allows users to implement independent governance accessories, such as multisigs or tokens vote, without the need for the processor processor in stages. It is a governance at your pace, designed to grow with you.
We have also made it easier to bring your existing tokens. By creating a new government process, it can now import government tokens directly to the application, jumping the need to implement a new one.
