In line with the lot of the global Hackathon base ongoing, local communities will carry out workshops in three different cities in the Philippines: Manila in the region of the national capital, and Legazpi and Naga in the Bicol region.
PH Base Lot Workshop
Base lots in the Philippines are events housed in the community aimed at training developers and builders to collaborate, learn and innovate within the base network and its ecosystem.
The base is a network of layer two for the main blockchain chain. It is developed by Coinbase Jesse Pollak engineer and has been supported by the cryptography exchange giant.
In November 2025, the Bitpine team interviews Pollak about its plans on how to expand the base ecosystem in the country. Read the interviews here:
For these workshops, it is said that the base team offers practical sessions for all levels of skill, providing opportunities to connect with the builder community, participate in regional Buildathons and compete for $ ETH prizes and incubator placements.

What is Batch base?
Base lot It is a global builder program aimed at recruiting developers to create applications in the chain that define the industry. The Pacific Asia Hackathon extends from April 25 to May 16, 2025.
On the website, the organizers stressed that, unlike typical tricks, it offers participants the opportunity to obtain long -term recognition, financing and support.
The Buildathon opening teams can obtain up to $ 1 million in funds, with more than 50 teams invited to incubators and the day of the demo.
Clues
Batch Batch will select at least one or two teams of each of the following Buildathon tracks, each designed to boost innovation in the chain:
- AI
- Stablecoins
- Mini-Aplications
- Entertainment
- Showcase
- Environments coding
- DEFI
Each track offers a total award of 1.5 $ eth, which is around $ 2,700 or ₱ 153,700:
- First place: 1 $ eth (~ $ 1,800 or ₱ 102,000)
- Second place: 0.5 $ eth (~ $ 900 or ₱ 51,000)
How to participate?
To participate with Batch Base, the teams must send a project with an application that works in the chain with a public URL, an open source github repository (unless it is on the exhibition track) and a brief demonstration video that covers the general description of the project.
Projects must also show implementation test with at least one transaction in the main base.
Although the applications built before Buildathon is allowed, the equipment should clearly highlight any new feature developed during the event.
It is strongly recommended to integrate the base names and smart wallets for the incorporation of the easiest users.
For those who join the Vibe coding track, an additional 10 -page platform must be sent together with the prototype. Judge will focus on the idea, the quality of the product, the plan to go to the market and strength of the equipment.
The projects will be evaluated based on several key criteria:
- They must be built at the base (Ochain)
- Sork as described
- Show innovation and creativity
- Be practical and accessible to users
- It has an intuitive and easy to use design
- Create a strong and impressive impact within the given time frame
