Calling him the right person to direct the project in his next chapter, the Blockchain Morph infrastructure startup announced the official acquisition of the #Cryptoph Colin Goltra veteran as its executive director (CEO).
He replaced Cecilia Hsueh, who is among the co -founders of Morph and has been the CEO since the beginning of the project to the launch of Mainnet.

In a X publication On June 2, 2025, Hsueh described the decision as a result of careful reflection, citing the need to “reduce speed, breathe and restore” after several years of rapid growth. She confirmed that the delivery was completed after the leadership transition three months ago.

For the outgoing CEO, Hsueh declared that he will remain with Morph in an advice and intends to stay active in the web space.
He also stressed that his successor, Goltra provides more than a decade of experience in the industry, including leadership positions at the Gaming Protocoling Guild Gamily (YGG) Gaming Games and the International Binance of Cryptocurrency Exchange. Earlier this year, Goltra became the Growth Director of Morph.

Who is Colin Goltra?
An experienced Crypto Executive and Web3 lawyer for a long time, previously had key leadership roles in the main cryptographic platforms, including the cryptocurrency service in Coins.Ph and later as a growth director for southeast Asia and the country director for Philippines in Binance.
In 2021, Goltra left Binance to join YGG as director of Operations, a movement that described as “completely crypto-native.” In YGG, he focused on expanding guild operations and advancing in his mission of taking advantage of the game games for social impact, especially in emerging markets such as the Philippines.
He is also an angel investor and advisor to numerous global cryptographic projects and new companies based in the Philippines, often operating through his private entity, Sothsayer. Goltra dedicated himself to numerous secondary projects within the cryptographic ecosystem, including the co -founder of the first mint background to support NFT artists in Southeast Asia, launching Narra Gallery, an art space centered on early NFT and advice on the acquisition and development of the NFT IP 0N1 force.
