Sony’s Ethereum Lay-2 block chain, Soneium, has taken another step towards the massive web3 adoption with the launch of Sleepagotchi Lite on the Mini Line application platform, giving more than 200 million line users access to the viral game experience with sleep themes.
The movement is based on the massive success of Sleepagotchi, a gamified sleep rewards platform that first won traction in Telegram, where it became an application of the 5 best and accumulated more than 2 million users. With its playful fusion of Kawaii art, Gacha elements and JRPG style game, Sleepagotchi has become a main example of how digital collectibles and behavioral rewards can cross in the web3 space.
Now, through its integration with Line, one of the most used messages and lifestyle applications in Asia, Sleepagotchi Lite opens a new gaming door in the chain to a native and non -crystallic mobile audience. The game is available through line and web browsers, admitting USDC and Ast (Astar Network) payments in Soneium, which guarantees a perfect incorporation experience for new users who are not familiar with Blockchain wallets.

It has a battle card mechanics and a collectible -based game that do not require sleep monitoring. Players can participate at any time during the day and gain transferable rewards to the next Sleepagotchi 2.0, scheduled for the launch of iOS and Android in the second quarter of 2025.
